How do I use my Jamie Oliver Smoker Tube?


It is best to pre-soak your wood chips for at least half an hour before using it. 

Fill up your smoker tube from the open side with wood chips, and place your smoker tube on the sear plate or grid and light the woodchips. Then place your meat on another grid, or a bit away from the smoker tube, and let the meat sit there and absorb the smoke. For the best results keep the lid closed.
